Purpose and Values

Cleugh Purpose

Our purpose is to build individual, organisational and systems capacity to improve wellbeing.

Improvements in wellbeing occur when people are connected to others and included in their communities, recognised for their strengths and skills, can access the services and resources they need, and have a say in decisions which affect them.

Cleugh Values

Inclusion

Cleugh commits to including diverse voices in all we do. We believe this improves access to services and resources, and strengthens community wellbeing .

Autonomy

Cleugh encourages shared control of decision making. We believe this encourages self-efficacy and community participation.

Socio-cultural awareness

Cleugh recognises we work within multiple intersecting socio-cultural frameworks. We work hard to remain sensitive to divergent perspectives and frameworks.

Effective

Cleugh is committed targeted, effective and efficient service provision so resources are targeted where they are needed most.
