Assessments

Cleugh provides staff capability assessments using 67 well evidenced leadership attitudes, skills and behaviours across six leadership domains (Lominger®).

Capability assessments are an important first step to tailoring group leadership training and individual coaching. They help identify baseline capabilities, and identify strengths and development areas.

Leadership training

Cleugh uses emotional intelligence frameworks and well evidenced leadership dimensions to develop practical leadership capabilities.

Leadership training is focused on building technical and relational skills, and effectively understanding and regulating emotions in the workplace. Sessions are tailored to organisational needs.

Coaching

Our coaching services provide an opportunity for leaders to develop their strengths and build new skills. We base our work on a well evidenced coaching methodology to help leaders build a sense of purpose and focus to work, and create simple steps to achieving practical development goals.

Emotional intelligence principles overlay our coaching practice. One-on-one sessions allow leaders to safely explore current challenges, reflect on their skill development needs, and test new approaches to their work and work relationships.

I undertook an organisation wide Leadership Development Program with Nich. The program promoted reflective practices and emotionally intelligent leadership.
